Chelsea’s career in the arts began as a dancer, before transitioning into the music and fashion industry.
Her experience in the music industry began at Soundtrack and Strictly Rhythm Records. She then moved to SoBe Entertainment, a Miami based independent record label, as in-house tour coordinator and special events producer. On weekends she would thrift and style for influencers in the industry; leading her to co-found a line of reconstructed vintage clothing. While selling at the Young Designers Market, NYC – Chelsea realized there was nothing similar in Miami, and saw this as an opportunity to bring the movement there.
She created PLAT4M, a company that produces pop culture events for young brands in fashion and art. These events were underwritten by select sponsors including Mercedes Benz, Perrier, Dacra Group and Miami Magazine.
Chelsea made a natural transition into production and styling. Producing social media and branded web content for Yahoo!, Lowes and TED among others. Chelsea’s experience across all media, gives her a unique skill set. She brings that to her styling work.
For the past decade Chelsea has split her time between New York and Miami working with many high-profile companies, designers and artists…Today she lives in New York City and continues to work as a stylist.
